5. External links. We link to third-party sites (for example Medium, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Substack). We are not responsible for their content.
6. No warranties. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
7. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Portuguese law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
8. Purchases are separate. Buying a service is governed by the service agreement provided before payment, not by these terms.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of Porto have exclusive jurisdiction.
